Hello and congratulations for taking the first step in helping yourself or someone you love by seeking information about therapy services.

 

Life can be filled with stress, conflict, heartbreak and setbacks, which may build up over time and become overwhelming.  Eventually, you may reach a point where you feel like you're drowning-- whether it be anxiety, depression, grief, anger, or loneliness.  Other times, you might be shutting down or isolating yourself from the people and things you love.  

With the right support, you can start to get out from underneath these encompassing emotions to start to feel more at peace, more balanced, and ready to improve your relationship with yourself and with others.

Although it may feel daunting to reach out for help and open up to someone new, please know that you're not alone in feeling this way.  Healthy human connection with a safe and non-judgmental space can be incredibly healing, and as a team, you and I will build on your existing strengths and resilience, even in the most difficult circumstances. There is no better time than now to get support in finding your path toward health and healing.
